By accessing or using the Renaissance Tattoo Collective website and submitting an appointment request, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. Appointment Requests

Submitting a request through our website is not a confirmed appointment. It is a request only.

Appointments are confirmed only after direct communication with the studio or an artist.

• Availability, pricing, and timelines are estimates only and may change

• Artists may accept or decline requests at their discretion

• We reserve the right to refuse service for any lawful reason

 

2. Independent Artists

Renaissance Tattoo Collective operates as a studio that hosts independent artists.

• Each artist manages their own bookings, pricing, deposits, and policies

• Any agreements (including deposits, cancellations, or design work) are between you and the individual artist

• The studio is not responsible for agreements made directly with artists

 

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age required by Texas law) to request or receive a tattoo without parental consent.

Valid government-issued identification is required at the time of your appointment.

4. Deposits, Cancellations, and Rescheduling

Policies may vary by artist.

• Deposits are typically non-refundable

• Rescheduling may require advance notice (as determined by your artist)

• Failure to show up or late cancellations may result in loss of deposit

Please contact your artist or the studio as early as possible if you need to make changes.

 

5. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Renaissance Tattoo Collective operates an SMS notification program for appointment requests
and coordination. By opting in, you agree to receive these texts. 

  - Message frequency varies.
  - Message and data rates may apply.
  - Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe; reply HELP for help.
  - Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  - No mobile opt-in information or consent is shared with any third parties.
